US 666 Business: Created in 1971 (AZDOT) as a renumbering of US 666, which was truncated back to its US 80 (now AZ 80) junction west of Douglas. US 666 Business ran from US 80 (now G Ave) west on 14th St, then down Pan American Ave to the border crossing into Agua Prieta MX.
In June 1992 (AASHTO), US 666 in Arizona was renumbered as US 191. Thus, US 666 Business became US 191 Business. Note that Pan American Ave/US 191 Bus has been extended directly to connect with G Ave. US 666 Business is kind of a head scratcher...never touched US 666.
