In November 1988 (KYTC), US 460 Business was decommissioned when the modern expressway bypass was built to the west of Pikeville.
Today this is KY 1384; Hambley Blvd; one way pair with EB using Hambley/S Auxier/3rd/Pike/2nd/Huffman/College, while WB used College/Huffman/Main/Scott/7th; College Ave; Hubbard St; abandoned former bridge next to KY 1426 Baird Ave.
