WV 52: Appeared in 1922 as new primary highway, running from the Virginia State Line below Inwood to the Maryland State Line at Williamsport MD.
In 1927, WV 52 was replaced by US 11 which it still is except WV 52 used CR 45/5 Eagle Scout Rd in northern Martinsburg which no longer connects back to US 11 and in Falling Waters it used CR 11/5, 11/17 Foster Rd plus CR 11/16 Foster Rd and CR 11/4 Encampment Rd.
