US 393 try again

US 393: When New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah requested to renumber US 666 from Gallup NM tp Monticello UT in 2003, they specifically asked for US 393. In May 2003, AASHTO said yes to the renumbering, but no to the number and selected US 491.
