WV 4 ALT: May have been in place by 1946 but definitely by 1953, running on Kanawha Blvd and Pennsylvania Ave in Charleston.
WV 4 ALT was decommissioned about 1972 when WV 4 went away. Kanawha Blvd remained part of US 21 ALT-60 ALT (unnumbered today) and Pennsylvania Ave became unnumbered (but is now part of US 119).
