Aberdeen to Olympia was an addition to WA 9; Olympia to Tacoma was an addition to US 99/WA 1; Tacoma to Yakima was an addition to WA 5; Yakima to Idaho was an addition to WA 3; the short Idaho segment was not a state highway.

Note that right around this time, I-82 Exit 38 was finished and the freeway extended over the Yakima River, where it transitioned back to US 12/410 about 0.3 miles south of the landslide closure on Thorp Rd, leaving behind Thorp Rd and the removed Yakima River bridge.

There is much uncertainty on where US 410's east end was at initially. The 1927 AASHO list had these listings for US 195 and US 410:

1927 AASHO list
US 410 and US 195 descriptions, 1927

This seems to say US 410 ended at the state line and did not go into Idaho. The US 195 entry is less clear, as it doesn't list a second Idaho incursion, so the state line it refers to at Lewiston could be the one near where US 95-195 split today. But it could be interpreted as ending at the same location as US 410, from the other direction.
The first legible AASHO route list to include US 410 mileage is from November 1934. It says US 410 begins 32 miles from Pomeroy. Washington official maps have the state line at 31 miles. US 195 is shown in both the 1932 and Nov 1934 lists as 16 miles from Uniontown WA to its Lewiston endpoint. Maps then have the distance to where US 95 and US 195 would have split just outside Lewiston as 17 miles, a little over 2 miles short of the state line where US 410 went.
US 410 was not on the Idaho list of US routes that AASHO gave them in 1927, nor did it appear in any annual highway report put out by Idaho, nor have US 410 on one of their maps. The earliest evidence I could find that US 410 existed in Idaho was this photo (zoom in, lower left), which has to be older than 1938 because no construction is visible of the 1939 replacement bridge. US 410 also appears on the 1939 Nez Perce County map.
The Idaho Highway Department did not have jurisdiction over highways within Lewiston until July 1935 legislation was passed.
Absent additional discovery of information, my best guess is that US 410 east originally ended at the state line and was extended through Lewiston to US 95 (intersection of 20th, 4th, and North-South Hwy) after the 1935 law and by 1937 or so.
