Creation: Appeared Jan 1940 (CTB) as new primary routing, consisting of a single driveway about 0.06 miles long. This is the 2nd VA 341.
Adjustments: In Aug 1956 (CTB), a new building was erected at the HQ and a driveway looped from SR 613 around it was added as 0.144 more miles
Improvements:  Paved upon inception; no multilane segments

Comment: One of the VA 341 shields is visible from US 460/VA 24 which runs very close by to the south.

The 1923 Official erroneously shows VA 341 extending west to today's SR 658.
