Creation: WV 152 appeared in 1976 as a renumbering of part of US 52 running from the new US 52 near Crum to US 52/WV 37 Echo. This is the only WV 152.
Adjustments: In 1977, WV 152 was extended north over more US 52 to end at I-64/WV 527 in Huntington.
