Adjustments: None Posting: Not posted anywhere Secret US Route Overlay: None Comment: 4th St into downtown from the US 27 (unsigned I-124) freeway. A lot of unsigned-ness associated with TN 389. US 127, TN 8 and TN 27 aren't signed either. Until about 2008 the 4th St exit was signed on BGSs as TN 58 North.
