VA 430: Appeared in Dec 1930 (CTB) as new primary routing, running as a loop off VA 41 southeast of Richmond. It began at Fulton Ave (then-VA 41) and went west on Louisiana St to Main St, then south on Main and Old Osborne Tpk to Bickerstaff Rd, then east a bit to an abandoned alignment which VA 430 used to go south back to Old Osborne Tpk. VA 430 ended at New Osbourne Tpk which was VA 41.
In July 1933, VA 430 became VA 146. Today much of this is part of VA 5.
