History:		NC 710 was created about 1935 running the way it does now from US 501 to at least NC 72. The NC 710 duplex with NC 72 into Red Springs goes back to at least 1944. NC 710
Comment:		NC 710 is posted on US 501 north outside Rowland, and IIRC was once posted as TO 710 at US 301 as well.
