Creation: WV 273 was designated in late 2010 as an upgrade to CR 64/3, running the way it does now. This is the only WV 273.
Adjustments: None
Improvements: Upon designation, WV 273 was fully paved and multilane throughout.
Comment: This is the Fairmont Gateway Connector, which provides a diect connection from a new I-79 exit to downtown Fairmont. Not sure why the portion between WV 310 and US 19 is not also WV 273.
