ROUTE LOG WV 16: 0 - 0 WV 61 ALT: 1.0 - 1.0 WV 16, WV 61: 0.4 - 1.4		Creation: WV 211 appeared 9/6/68 (WVDOT CO), running as it does today. This was a renumbering of US 21 through Mount Hope. This is the only WV 211. Adjustments: None Improvements: Upon designation, WV 211 was fully paved; no multilane segments. Comment: US 21 bypassed Mt. Hope in 1955 but I cannot find any maps that label Main St through Mt. Hope except for Topos in the 1970s which do not show US 21 at all but show WV 16 on Main St and WV 16-61 on the Bypass.
