ROUTE LOG US 60: 0 - 0 I-64 (exit 18): 0.2 - 0.2 WV 2: 3.3 - 3.5		Creation: WV 193 appeared about 2005, running as it does today. It was a replacement of a small bit of CR 19 but was otherwise new construction. This is also likely a renumbering of WV 201 either directly or in terms of the proposed state highway corridor that could have been for CR 19. This is the only WV 193. Adjustments: None Improvements: Upon designation, WV 193 was fully paved and multilaned throughout. Comment: Serves as a cutoff between WV 2 and I-64 or Barboursville.
