Creation: Appeared between 1965-68 running as it does today. This was an upgrade to CR 11, CR 24, and new construction in the vicinity of Summersville Dam, which was completed in 1966. This is the only WV 129. Adjustments: None Improvements: Upon designation, WV 129 was fully paved; no multilane segments.
