State Line Crossings

Given the volume and extent of numbering scheme changes in Virginia, taken with the fact that other states (especially N. Carolina) were also in flux, the numbers at state line crossings have often gone through many iterations. The following is a list of all the primary state crossings I have found - past or present.
Perhaps if you have an undated map this list could be helpful in narrowing down its timeframe.
