SC 364: Appeared in 1940 as new primary routing, running from SC 36-334 (now US 601/S-5-23 jct) Ehrhardt east to SC 362.
In 1942, SC 364 was extended south with SC 36 then west with SC 64 through Ehrhardt before continuing as new primary routing to end at SC 330 (now S-5-31) near Rivers Bridge State Park.
In 1947, SC 364 was downgraded to S-5-25 west of Ehrhardt and S-5-21 east of Ehrhardt.
