Creation: SC 310 appeared in 1939 as new primary routing, running as it does today. This is the only SC 310.
Adjustments: In 1947, SC 310 was downgraded to S-38-32.
In 1949, SC 310 was restored to primary status.
Improvements: SC 310 was paved in 1949; no multilane sections exist.
Comment: The southern half of SC 310 is a multiplex with TRUCK SC 453.
Although it looks as if SC 6 could have used SC 310-210 through Vance at some point, the route used by SC 6 is on the 1921 Topo.
