Creation: SC 268 appeared in 1940 as new primary routing, running as it does today. This is the only SC 268.
Adjustments: About 1941, SC 268 south was truncated to the newly built alignment of SC 265. The old 268 is now S-13-24 to Old 265 Rd.
In 1947, SC 268 was downgraded to S-13-24.
In 1950, SC 268 was placed back into the primary system.
