Creation: SC 202 appeared in 1939 as new primary routing, running as it does today. This is the only SC 202.
Adjustments: In 1940, SC 202 was extended south as new primary routing to end at SC 205 (now S-36-26) near Dreher Island.
In 1947, SC 202 was downgraded to S-36-20 south of US 76 and S-36-16 north of US 76.
In 1949, SC 202 was restored to the primary system from Little Mountain to Pomaria.
