NC 630: was born in 1932 or 1933 as a short connector from NC 63 (now SR 1363 Old Leicester Hwy) near Craggy along the French Broad River to US 25-70/NC 20 (now SR 1839 Heavner Rd) above Woodfin.
In 1940 or 1941, NC 630 was renumbered as part of NC 191.
Today NC 630's route is part of NC 251 Riverside Dr.
