Elko Tract

One of the VA 345 entrances at the elko Tract in Henrico County. I believe this is the entrance off Portugee Rd. VA 345 was renumbered as VA 380 between 1970-75 but I do not know if this cutout stayed that long. Photo date unknown. It appeared in a 2010 WTVR report on the Elko Tract's post WW2 history.
