Creation: SC 768 appeared in 1980 as new construction running between S-40-48 Shop Rd and Pineview Rd. This is the 2nd SC 768.
Adjustments: In 1982, SC 768 was extended both directions to its current routing. South replaced S-40-48 and north may have been new construction.
