SC 368: Appeared in 1940 as new primary routing, running from SC 170 at the Bee Creek Bridge south to Grahamville, then replaced the stub ending of SC 36 to end a mile south of Grahamville.
In 1942, SC 368 was extended as new primary routing south to US 17 Switzerland. In 1947, SC 368 was downgraded to S-27-20, S-27-8, and S-27-13. Today it is all S-27-13 except the small bit west of I-95 which is S-27-143.
